1908 Picture post card of 'Tombs of the Emperors Concubines, Si-Ling, Peking' addressed to 'Monsieur Louis, 10th Colonial, Kouang-Tcheou-Wan, China' bearing Russian China SG 1, 1k orange (4) tied by Peking double ring '17th Dec' routed via Manchuria with Changchun and Moukden-S/I.J.P.O. transits in violet '6th ]an 09', Imperial Post Shanghai '11/1' with Victoria/Hong Kong '15th ]an' and arrival in Kouang-Tcheou-Wan/Chine and Fort Bayard '30 Jan'. Mail into the French Leasehold Territory of Kouang-Tcheou-Wan is extremely rare.
