Conditions de paiement :
Tous les paiements se font via PayPal ou Mangopay, en fonction des possibilités offertes par le vendeur. Aucun paiement n’est réalisé par chèque ou virement bancaire direct au vendeur.
L’acheteur utilise les moyens de paiement disponibles sur Delcampe dans la page "Mes achats : A payer".
Un paiement ne passant pas par PayPal (si le vendeur l’accepte) ou Mangopay sera remboursé par le vendeur à l’acheteur. Un achat non payé peut entraîner des conséquences au niveau du compte de l’acheteur.
Si les conditions de vente du vendeur comportent des clauses relatives au paiement, celles-ci sont à considérer comme nulles et non avenues. Les conditions de paiement du site Delcampe, telles que définies dans les <a {linkParameters}>conditions d’utilisation</a>, sont les seules applicables.
Les achats doivent être payés dans les 14 jours suivant la réception du décompte final de la part du vendeur.
Conditions particulières
Quality: USED stamps: perforation, cancelation, centering see scan. No hidden defects. Scan of USED items is always of the original item.
MNH: (= umounted mint, postfrisch, **) full original gum without defects. In the case of mint year collections or cheap sets: Scan can be a sample, if you want for a specific reason, e.g. error or whatever variety, the item from the scan, check availability before bidding.
MH: (= mounted mint, hinged, plakker, Falz, Scharnier) without defects, except for the gum. Quality is at least above average for the period. In some cases I add a scan of back to show the quality is exceptionally fine, or the mounting is too heavy.
MNG ( = Mint No Gum) no gum or new gum, re-gummed
Small letters:
Shipping within the Netherlands: 1.00 euro, independent of number of lots.
Shipping to all countries of the world: 2.0 euro, independent of number of lots.
When the total of the invoice is more than 75 euro, shipping is by registered mail only.
Big items like sheets:
A higher postage cost will be charged, close to actual cost. In some cases the shipping cost is indicated in the description of the lot.

Within the Netherlands: 9 euro
Within the EU 20 euro up to 2 kg; > 2 kg see description of the lot
Othere Europe 25 euro up to 2 kg; > 2 kg see description of the lot
World 34 euro up to 2 kg; > 2 kg see description of the lot
Shipping to Russia, India, China and other Asia and Africa is by registerd mail only. If you accept the risk of loss, I can send small lots also by normal mail. That means that you have to confirm that you wave your right to paypal claim.
Cost of registered mail:
I am sorry the post in the Netherlands is very high. That is why I give a discount to soften the pain.
Within the Netherlands 8.60 euro (when the purchase amout is more than 75 euro, I give a discount. you pay 6 euro)
Within Europa 12,55 euro (when the purchase amout is more than 75 euro, I give a discount. you pay 10 euro)
Rest of the world, Inclusing Russia 19,30 euro (when the purchase amout is more than 75 euro, I give a discount. you pay 17 euro)
